I know I haven’t posted any updates… anything relating to me personally lately.

To be honest, I feel like a failure. I keep on telling myself, “This will be the day I workout.” and “This will be the day that I eat healthy.”

And to be honest with you, I don’t remember the last day I went for a walk. Much less, the last day I did any strength training. I can’t even tell you the last day I stayed within my calorie range.

I don’t want to make excuses. I don’t. But I just wish I had someone with me who could push me each day.

I know I have come so far (35 lbs since the last time I checked). I don’t want to give up.

I just don’t know how to motivate myself.
